• Craft, refine, and sustain Salesforce solutions tailored for Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.
• Interpret business needs to build robust technical narratives and stories.
• Create and optimize processes using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS.
• Implement automated protocols via Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs.
• Design workflows using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for seamless business operation.
• Drive integration efforts with external systems leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Champion platform security practices, enforce governance compliance, and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in collaborative sessions for code review and complex issue resolution.
• Maintain Salesforce efficiency and scalability, adhering to best practices and security norms.

<>Skills

• Proven experience in Salesforce development across Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft integrations and dealing with external APIs.
• Strong capabilities in both synchronous and asynchronous processing.
• Solid foundation in Salesforce security protocols and governance limitations.
• Skilled in creating secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce architectures.

<>Preferred Skills

• Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), Git, and DevOps in Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
