Senior ServiceNow

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who can work anywhere in Texas; Austin, Texas, is preferred 

Must have at least 8 years of experience in software development and 7 years in ServiceNow. You will automate their business processes through gathering requirements, configuring/developing, testing, deploying, and supporting software releases.  As a highly trained and experienced technology expert who is a self-starter,

 Minimum Required Qualifications

Experience:

•        8 years of experience in IT Software Development Lifecycle Methodology, including Software analysis, development, implementation, and documentation.

•        Seven (7) years of SDLC experience in ServiceNow

•        CMDB (configuration management database) developer experience

•        SAM/HAM (Software and Hardware management) implementation

•        SPM (strategic portfolio management) experience

•        Strong project management, customer service, and relationship management skills

•        Experience with Agile projects, ceremonies, daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, review, and retrospective

  Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

 Registration, Certification, or Licensure:

•        ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – (certification)

•        ServiceNow Certified System Developer - (certification)

•        ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - (certification)
