Project Manager 3 (Hybrid)
Primary Location: Austin, Texas

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager 3 for our premier client in Austin, Texas.

WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications
Preferred:

Certified PMP: 1 year.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications: 1 year.

Education and Experience

Project Management: 8 years.
Managing enterprise scale data management projects.: 8 years.
Managing agile projects at state or federal government agencies or similar: 8 years.

Preferred:

Knowledge and experience with common project management systems like Jira, Micro Focus Project Management etc.: 5 years.
Experience with creating Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework strongly preferred.: 3 years.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company.
As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on.
Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done.
Contractor will manage a vendor software development team and coordinate with the in house software team and collaborate with the program area to keep them informed and involved as appropriate.
Contractor will manage the schedule, budget and scope for this project.
