Job Description
We are seeking an Apriso Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apriso MES application support, manufacturing process workflows, and incident/problem management, and a proven ability to stabilize production systems, resolve issues, and enable continuous improvement with minimal impact to operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Apriso MES system health, performance, integrations, and job schedules in production environments.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, data issues, and interface failures with timely escalation of high-priority items.
- Execute routine maintenance, configuration changes, and corrective actions aligned with change management processes.
- Validate patches, hotfixes, and version updates; support release deployments and post-deployment verification.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering to sustain stable shop-floor operations and meet SLAs.
- Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Support root-cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience supporting Apriso MES or comparable MES platforms in production.
- Proficiency in diagnosing application issues across logs, interfaces, and databases; ability to execute queries and analyze data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with disciplined incident, change, and release management practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional manufacturing and IT teams.
- Experience level: 5+ years in MES application support or related manufacturing IT roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Apriso configuration, processes, and integrations with ERP, PLC, or shop-floor systems.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with documented SOPs and KB creation.
Work Details
- Work arrangement: Remote. Client interface required. No overtime required.
- Dress code: Business Casual for any on-site or client interactions.
- Hours per day: 8.
