Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: -
- Manage and support VoIP platform qualification , including registration, monitoring, calling, and billing capabilities
- Support and operate VoIP platforms and customer voice services
- Configure and manage ATA devices , specifically Polycom ATA 400
- Perform remote device provisioning using TR-069
- Support large-scale migrations from legacy voice platforms to modern VoIP stacks
- Develop Python and shell scripts to automate validation and testing workflows
- Execute and validate REST API calls using Postman
- Perform pre- and post-migration data validation using SQL
- Write SQL queries for data collection, analysis, and reconciliation; experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio preferred
- Troubleshoot SIP/TLS signalling and voice traffic issues
- Use Wireshark / packet capture tools to diagnose TCP/IP and VoIP issues
- Collaborate with vendors, platform teams, and operations to resolve issues
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills: - Voice over IP (VoIP), Polycom ATA 400, SIP, TLS, Python scripting, Linux system administration, TR-069
- Strong experience with Voice over IP (VoIP)
- ATA device experience (mandatory) – Polycom ATA 400
- Experience with SIP and TLS
- Experience with TR-069 for remote device provisioning
- Python scripting and automation experience
- Linux system administration experience
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Postman
- SQL for data validation and analysis
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Experience with Wireshark / packet capture tools
- Background in Telecom / ISP / ITSP environments
