Job Summary:
Design & Develop Pega Applications
Healthcare Billing Domain is a must
Analyze business requirements, create technical designs, workflows, UI, case types, rules, and process automation using Pega PRPC/Infinity
Architecture & Best Practices
Looping Concepts
Data Mapping
Define scalable class structures and Pega frameworks. Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment with architectural standards
Integration & Services
Implement connectors for SOAP/REST, JMS/MQ, and batch listeners. Integrate with external systems (DBs, authentication, messaging) .
Performance & Maintenance
Troubleshoot using Tracer, PAL, DB Trace, and SMA Console. Perform performance tuning and maintain application health
Upgrades & Reporting Enhancements
Lead Pega version upgrades, custom reporting, and Decision Hub modules. Ensure seamless platform migration
Mentoring & Collaboration
Work closely in Agile teams participate in sprints and planning; mentor junior developers and liaise with BAs, QA, and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
3 10+ years Pega development (PRPC 7.x/8.x/Infinity), depending on role seniority
Certifications:
Pega CSA required; CSSA or LSA preferred for senior/lead roles
Technical Proficiency:
Pega PRPC rule types: flows, activities, assignments, UI, correspondence, agents, SLAs, listeners, reports
Integration with SOAP, REST, MQ/JMS, JDBC; experience with SSO/LDAP
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL/PLSQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS .
Tools & Methodologies:
Version control (Git), Agile/Scrum, application CI/CD pipelines, performance tools (PAL, Tracer), and messaging systems (MQ, Kafka)
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, code review ability, and ability to guide/mentor team members
