Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPCM / PCMCS Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) and Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM), including profitability modeling, cost allocation, rule configuration, application administration, integrations, and financial reporting.
The consultant will work closely with finance, business, and technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable profitability and cost management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPCM / PCMCS applications.
- Design and develop profitability models, allocation models, and cost allocation methodologies.
- Configure dimensions, hierarchies, members, and application metadata.
- Develop and maintain allocation rules, calculation rules, and custom calculations.
- Work on driver-based allocations, direct allocations, and multi-stage allocation processes.
- Configure and manage POVs (Point of View), model contexts, and rule sets.
- Perform data integration using Data Integration, Data Management, and EPM Automate.
- Develop and maintain data loads from Oracle ERP Cloud, GL, and other source systems.
- Perform application migration across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
- Develop and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot application issues, calculation errors, and data reconciliation problems.
- Optimize calculation performance and profitability model execution.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPCM and/or PCMCS.
- Good understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture.
- Experience with profitability and cost allocation modeling.
- Knowledge of dimensions, hierarchies, drivers, and allocation methodologies.
- Experience in rule creation, rule sets, and calculation management.
- Hands-on experience with Data Integration / Data Management.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM Automate.
- Experience with Smart View and financial data validation.
- Understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud / General Ledger integrations.
- Knowledge of application security, user management, and access control.
- Experience with application migration and environment management.
