Salesforce Architect( Onsite role)

Salesforce Data Cloud:
Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, capabilities and use cases.
Experience with data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming).
Architect and maintain data ingestion pipelines from internal and external sources.
Create and manage unified customer profiles using identity resolution and harmonization.
Build real-time segmentation models and predictive audiences for campaign targeting.
Familiarity with data lake objects, data streams, and harmonization rules.
Ability to design scalable data models for unified customer profiles.
Experience with schema mapping, entity relationships, and normalization.
Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data within Data Cloud.
Ability to define and implement calculated insights and KPIs.
Understanding of how to surface insights for marketing, sales, and service teams.
Partner with analytics teams to surface actionable insights and performance metrics.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and platform scalability.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (formerly CDP).
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and marketing automation.
Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript preferred.
Experience with real-time personalization, predictive analytics, and audience segmentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Specialist) are a plus.
