Network Engineer

Title          : Network Engineer

Location  : Baltimore MD 21230 (Onsite)

Rate         :$30/HR on W2 no benefits

Please look for profiles as per below skill set

1.  Wireless – Cisco WLC and APs is must

2. Routing – BGP, OSPF, EIGRP

3. Switching – VSS, VRRP, STP, Stack switches

4. Hands & Feet – Cabling, Console issues, AP troubleshooting

5. OSI layers

Must-Have:

•            8+ years of experience in a Network Operations

•            Must have good on-ground hands-on experience of the hardware, cabling (copper, fiber), understanding of the patch panel and physical connectivity as hand and eye support would be the key role.

•            Excellent knowledge on routers, catalyst and Nexus switches, Cisco WLC is must

•            Good knowledge on switching including DC environment.

•            Knowledge in SDWAN (Aruba silver peak) & SDWAN Meraki

•            Basic understanding of Zscaler.

•            Knowledge of high availability protocols and design, on both Layer 2 and Layer 3

•            Good understanding of Cisco Meraki Wireless

•            Good understanding of SNMP protocol

•            Working experience of routing protocols (implementation and troubleshooting)

Good to Have:

•            Ability to work individually and as part of a team, potentially covering extended working hours

•            Working experience in incident management processes and prioritization

•            Networking certifications one or more of the following CCNP or similar lever other certifications.

•            Desire to learn new technologies and develop advanced networking skills

•            Excellent verbal and written communication skills
