Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer with Business Continuity Management (BCM) experience
In-Office Work Requirement: Hybrid per week of 3 in 2 out"
Duration: 12 Months Plus Contract
Location Preferences: Charlotte, NC & Irving, TX
Location Preference:
- Primary: CIC Charlotte, NC and Irving, TX
Interview Process:
- 1 and done interview: 45-minute virtual panel
- Panel: Amit + 2 technical leads
- Video mandatory
- Focus:
- Deep technical evaluation
- ServiceNow-specific questions
Team & Project Overview:
- Managing 2 ServiceNow applications:
- ESP (Enterprise Services Portfolio). Custom-built application for Wells Fargo
- BCM (Business Continuity Management). Renamed internally to ORC, out-of-box module customized for WF
- Team structure:
- 2 teams in US + 1 team in India
- Recently merged into a single unified team
- Engineers can work across any module
- Work involves:
- Heavy integration across both applications
- Ongoing enhancements and support
Must-Have Requirements:
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong integration experience (critical)
- Active CSA + CAD certifications (must be valid and mentioned cert id on resume)
- BCM experience
Nice to Have:
- Prior full stack development experience (Java preferred)
Additional Expectations:
- Candidates should not take furlough all at once. Should be split
- CAD certification can be completed before joining, but required for system access
