Healthcare Big Data Analyst (Only & USC)

Location: Remote

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of Data Quality / Data Engineering testing experience

• Strong SQL and Python for data validation and quality checks

• Hands-on Databricks and SQL Server testing experience

• Experience with data validation tools like Collibra or Great Expectations

• Data profiling, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis skills

• Experience with test automation frameworks and quality process development

Good-to-Have (Preferred)

• Healthcare data validation experience

• Ability to read pipeline code and trace data issues

• Strong documentation and data quality metrics experience

Key Fit Indicators

• Experience in end-to-end data quality lifecycle

• Strong analytical mindset for data investigation across datasets

• Exposure to ETL/Big Data pipelines
