Job Title: ERP Analyst (Infor CSI / SyteLine)
Location: Portsmouth, NH (100% Remote with occasional travel to Newport, VT/NH approximately once per month; local candidates preferred)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Seeking an experienced ERP Analyst with strong expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) to support its enterprise-wide ERP transformation within a defense manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and project leadership to analyze business processes, optimize ERP functionality, and support ongoing implementation and enhancement initiatives.
This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, ERP business processes, reporting, user support, and cross-functional collaboration. The selected consultant will work closely with the ERP Project Manager, IT Director, and business leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements across end-to-end business processes.
· Analyze existing business workflows and recommend ERP process improvements using Infor CSI (SyteLine).
· Support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) ERP platform.
· Create and maintain business process maps, workflows, functional documentation, and system specifications.
· Work closely with ERP Project Manager to monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
· Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
· Support ERP production environment through ticket management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
· Coordinate with multiple implementation vendors and internal technical teams throughout ERP project execution.
· Assist with ERP testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation.
· Develop user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions to improve ERP adoption.
· Support Power BI reporting initiatives for Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
· Analyze ERP data integrity and support master data management activities.
· Collaborate with Finance, Inventory, Production Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality teams to improve business processes.
· Ensure ERP solutions align with defense manufacturing operational requirements and best practices.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum 5+ years of Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or ERP Support Analyst experience.
· Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine ERP.
· Experience supporting ERP implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and post-production support.
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
· Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and process maps.
· Experience supporting ERP ticketing systems and incident management.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Experience supporting ERP projects involving multiple implementation vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience within Defense or Military Manufacturing environments.
· Knowledge of discrete manufacturing operations.
· Experience with ERP modernization or digital transformation projects.
· Experience working in highly regulated manufacturing industries.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
