As a Sr. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Author, you will:
Day to Day Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Author & DAM Consultant to lead enterprise digital content initiatives and manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in AEM authoring, enterprise content management, digital publishing, and website governance, with the ability to deliver high-quality digital experiences at scale.
This role requires a hands-on content operations leader who can collaborate with Marketing, Creative, UX, Product, Development, QA, and Analytics teams to establish authoring standards, optimize publishing workflows, ensure content quality, and drive continuous improvements across enterprise websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise AEM authoring initiatives, providing expertise in AEM Sites, DAM, content governance, and publishing best practices.
  • Author, edit, QA, optimize, publish, and maintain enterprise websites using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Translate Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design mockups into production-ready AEM pages using reusable components.
  • Ensure website content complies with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), metadata, tagging, governance, and brand standards.
  • Perform quality assurance to validate content accuracy, functionality, visual consistency, and cross-device compatibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, UX, Product, Development, QA, Analytics, and external partners to deliver digital content initiatives.
  • Lead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, content strategy discussions, and authoring best practice recommendations.
  • Manage website governance, metadata strategies, tagging standards, content lifecycle management, and digital asset governance.
  • Support release readiness activities including content validation, UAT, publishing coordination, defect resolution, and Go-Live support.
  • Drive continuous improvements by optimizing authoring processes, governance models, content quality, operational efficiency, and website performance

The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites).
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager Digital Asset Management (DAM).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise content management, digital publishing workflows, and content governance.
  • Experience authoring reusable AEM components, templates, Experience Fragments, and Content Fragments.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), metadata management, tagging strategies, and digital content optimization.
  • Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within Agile environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Marketing, Design, Product, Development, QA, Analytics, and external partners.

Success Profile
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale AEM Sites and DAM implementations.
  • Strong expertise in website governance, content quality management, and digital publishing operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with exceptional proofreading, QA, and content validation skills.
  • Proven ability to establish authoring standards, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience mentoring internal teams and external authoring partners.
  • Experience supporting AEM Cloud Service, Adobe Experience Cloud products, and modern content management best practices is highly preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality Epic solutions.
  • Passion for driving successful implementations and improving clinical research workflows through Epic technology.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65 - $67 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
