Job Description:
ALM tool expert
• 5+ years of experience in OpenText ALM / Quality Center administration and test management support.
• Strong expertise in Test Plan, Test Lab, Releases & Cycles, Requirements Traceability, Defect Management, and Dashboard Reporting.
• Experience in bulk data uploads, mass updates of test instances, tester assignments, execution scheduling, Excel integrations, and OTA/API-based automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot ALM configuration, user access, workflow customization, project setup, and performance issues.
• 5+ years of experience in OpenText ALM / Quality Center administration and test management support.
• Strong expertise in Test Plan, Test Lab, Releases & Cycles, Requirements Traceability, Defect Management, and Dashboard Reporting.
