Epic Cupid Analyst (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst to support a large-scale expansion project. This role will focus on build, testing, Go-Live readiness, and post-implementation support, working closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and transition to steady state.

This is a fully remote role, with required onsite presence during critical Go-Live phases.

Key Responsibilities

Epic Build & Configuration

• Perform Epic Cupid (and Radiant, if applicable) build aligned with project scope
• Configure workflows, order sets, imaging protocols, and system integrations
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to meet end-user requirements

Testing & Validation

• Support integrated testing and end-user validation activities
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues during testing phases
• Maintain accurate documentation of test scenarios, workflows, and results

Go-Live Readiness & Support

• Participate in Go-Live planning and readiness activities
• Provide onsite support during Go-Live including workflow guidance and issue resolution
• Deliver post-Go-Live stabilization support

Required Qualifications

• Epic Certification in Cupid (Radiant certification is a strong plus)
• Minimum 3+ years of Epic experience (build, testing, and Go-Live support)
• Strong understanding of Cardiology and/or Radiology workflows
• Proven experience working with clinical, operational, and technical teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Radiant module
• Prior Epic consulting experience
• Experience in multi-site or large healthcare system implementations
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining collaboration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
