Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, React, AWS, Kubernetes, NoSQL, Kafka, CI/CD, and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable full-stack applications and modern cloud-native solutions, with practical experience integrating AI agents and emerging frameworks such as MCP and Google ADK.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python and Python-based backend development
• Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployments
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and/or Dynatrace
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI / Generative AI
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit)
• Strong understanding of AI agents, LLM integrations, tool calling, orchestration, and workflow automation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React
• Build and integrate Agentic AI solutions into enterprise applications
• Develop AI-powered agents using technologies such as MCP and Google ADK
• Design and implement scalable REST APIs and microservices
• Develop cloud-native applications and deploy them on AWS and Kubernetes
• Build event-driven applications using Kafka
• Work with NoSQL databases to design efficient and scalable data solutions
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability using Splunk, Dynatrace, and related tools
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, data engineers, and other development teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
• Follow best practices for security, scalability, testing, and maintainability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Google Gemini, or other LLM platforms
• Experience with AI agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures
• Strong understanding of cloud security and distributed systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
