Senior Full-Stack Web Developer (Drupal Focus)

Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Remote

We’re not looking for a generic full-stack developer. If you don’t have real Drupal experience, don’t apply.

This role is for someone who can jump into different projects, work across multiple CMS platforms, and deliver clean, secure, high-performing solutions without hand-holding.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Build and maintain Drupal-based websites (custom modules, theming, integrations)
Work across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and others depending on client needs
Handle full-stack development (PHP backend + modern frontend)
Optimize performance (CDN, caching, load times) and ensure strong security practices
Deploy and manage environments using cloud/CDN tools
Work directly with clients, understand vague requirements, and turn them into working solutions
Fix problems proactively instead of waiting for instructions

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

10+ years of web development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Drupal (recent and real work, not just exposure)
Solid PHP background (this is core to the role)
Experience with Twig or similar templating
Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with at least one other CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Comfortable with Git, bash, and deployment workflows
Strong understanding of web security, performance, and accessibility
