100% Remote

EST/CST preferred - time zone - 7am - 5pm CST time frame. Will need to overlap with EMEA hours as much as possible. Weekend hours rare but possible.

The IT Admin supports the ongoing operations of an enterprise Account Reconciliation Blackline platform. This role serves as the technical and functional expert, partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure reliable performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical SME for the Blackline solution, including configuration, integration, and environment management.
• Support system administration activities such as user provisioning, role-based access control, workflow management, and data governance.
• Coordinate with IT teams to maintain secure and stable integrations with ERP and data warehouses.
• Lead issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution with internal teams and SaaS vendor support.
• Responsible for release management, regression testing, and validation of new features or patches.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, controls, and system architecture.
• Ensure the solution aligns with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate compliance standards.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business requirements into system capabilities and enhancements.

Skills

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting Finance or Accounting technology solutions
• Strong understanding of financial close processes, reconciliation workflows, and associated controls.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with SAP Finance
• Experience with SaaS administration, integrations, and data management preferably Account Reconciliation platforms including Blackline.

Education

Bachelor s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
