UI/UX Designer Charlotte, NC

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design UI/UX solutions, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX analysis.
Create responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile platforms.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
Convert business and functional requirements into effective user experiences.
Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Apply User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design principles.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work in a fast-paced product environment.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
Strong experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
Experience with User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing, and Interaction Design.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
