Top Must HaveResponsibilities- Manage the day-to-day delivery and operational health of assigned productivity, communication, voice, and customer engagement platforms.
- Ensure services are reliable, supportable, appropriately documented, and operated in accordance with established service expectations.
- Ensure appropriate operational coverage and escalation support; address workload, skill, performance, and resource concerns and escalate broader staffing needs to the Director
- Define project activities, assign resources, coordinate schedules, manage dependencies, and monitor delivery commitments within the assigned portfolio.
- Provide technical direction and management oversight for architecture, engineering design, integration, and implementation decisions.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, technical escalations, support cases, service reviews, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate renewals, licensing analysis, purchasing activities, invoice review, forecasts, and budget inputs for assigned services.
