Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a hybrid (3 days onsite) position for a 12+ month contract with a Global Financial Institution located in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities: - As a scrum master, run a scrum team to deliver complex software solutions
- As the QA lead, oversee compliance of test and release artifacts to enterprise requirements (no software/environment testing is involved)
- Ensure traceability from high-level requirements through to stories, to test plans, scripts, results, and test evidence
- Manage enterprise deliverables pertaining to the global platform
- Work with a globally dispersed team of developers, external technology teams, and release management members
- Provide expertise in Agile methodologies and team facilitation
- Perform technical writing in response to various regulatory assessments and inquiries
Requirements: - Experience in running Scrum teams and in Agile methodologies
- Experience in quality control, quality assurance, systems analysis, SDLC/QA/release management tools (JIRA, Octane, Remedy)
- Experience creating and managing dashboards (JIRA ticket management, test case and test progress management)
- Experience in SOX controls and SOX reporting
- Strong team facilitation and manager skills in support of a hybrid Agile structure
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across technology and the business
- Highly motivated, self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of Software development principles and release management
Desired skills: - Domain knowledge and experience in Financial Markets and technical business analysis
Pay range: $68.38 - $76.38 per hour
