Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OPT Recruiter to join our US IT staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing OPT (Optional Practical Training) candidates—primarily international students—into suitable job opportunities with our clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit OPT candidates (F1 visa holders) & (H1B visa holders) through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and technical expertise
• Educate candidates about the US job market, resume preparation, and interview process
• Market candidates to clients and vendors for contract or full-time opportunities
• Maintain and update candidate records in the internal database/ATS
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OPT candidates and vendors
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and placement status
• Ensure compliance with US staffing and visa regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; HR or business preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment or OPT recruiting
• Strong understanding of OPT/CPT, F1 & H1B, visa processes, and US job market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred)
