Summary

Job Title : Lead SAP GRC Developer

Key Responsibilities
  • GRC Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP GRC 10.x/12.x components, specifically Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
  • Security & Risk Design: Design and manage complex security roles across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and Fiori, while conducting SoD (Segregation of Duties) risk remediation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead offshore/onshore security teams for role build, testing, and support; provide technical mentorship and manage project deliverables.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal policies, acting as the subject matter expert during audits.
  • Workflow & Automation: Define and implement user provisioning workflows, firefighter access, and GRC rule set customization.
  • Strategy & Optimization: Develop security blueprints, perform fit-gap analysis, and align security strategies with SAP Best Practices and RISE with SAP initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 10+ years in SAP Security & GRC, with at least 5 years in a lead or advisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SAP GRC 12.0, Access Control, S/4HANA, Fiori security, and BW.
  • Project Lifecycle: Proven experience leading multiple full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance) and BTP security.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and specialized security auditing tools.
