Develop, design, architect, and maintain websites, applications, programs, modules, software solutions. Review performance, security, user experience, features, themes, requirements, caching, scalability, compliance, server infrastructure, bottlenecks, content delivery networks, load balancing configurations, user access control, risks, patches, data integrity. Troubleshoot, confer with stakeholders, maintain cloud hosting environments, deploy and configure environments, ensure integration, deliver projects, document technical procedures and workflows, code, provide updates and project reports, implement custom functionality and APIs, prepare presentations and technical design documents, recommend improvements for SDLC, create UI, debug functionality issues, perform migration, streamline workflows, implement automated backup and deployment processes, analyze client/user needs, formulate test and validation plans. Use Drupal, Azure, Acquia Cloud, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Jenkins, JavaScript, Twig, Agile, Pantheon, PHP, MySQL, Ajax, jQuery, Apache, Bootstrap, Git. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience architecting applications; developing modules, technical documentation; reviewing performance, security, scalability, deployment, integration, code, migration; using Drupal, Acquia Cloud, HTML, CSS, Jenkins, JavaScript, Agile, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, Bootstrap, Git. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150 /yr.
