Prefer Hartford, CT OR Charlotte, NC but open to REMOTE (EST Hours Preferred)

Seeking a highlight specialized Senior Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Business Analyst supporting their Employee Benefits Billing & Revenue Management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing ORMB configurations, customizations, and billing workflows
Perform gap analysis and recommend functional/process improvements
Write detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and diagrams
Support Agile delivery across Product, Business, QA, and Development teams
Validate complex billing scenarios including retroactive changes,
refunds, reinstatements, collections, and receivables
Partner with QA/UAT teams on regression and end-to-end testing strategies
Support production issue analysis and root cause investigations

Must Have Experience:

Strong hands-on Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) experience
Deep Insurance Billing or Healthcare Payer Billing background
Experience with premium billing, invoicing, receivables, adjustments, refunds, and billing lifecycle management
Senior-level Business Analysis experience in Agile environments
Strong experience writing user stories and BDD-style acceptance criteria
Ability to review ORMB configurations/custom code and recommend improvements
