Summary

Role: Security Cloud 24x7 Analyst for GenAI abuse
Location: San Jose, CA & Seattle, WA (Onsite / Hybrid) - Rotational Work shifts (weekends included)
Job Type: W2 Contract
Experience Level: Senior (or) Lead
Time shifts: Details on shifts - we will have shift rotations in each location for now; we are considering 3 days on / 3 days off. While we are hiring, it will be only daytime, 5 days a week. As soon as the whole 2 analysts are hired and trained, the client expects to shift to 24x7. Night and weekend shifts are expected to work from home. For weekdays, the ability to work from the nearest office is expected.
Description:
The role will require ability to work shifts (weekends included)
  • Our client looks for analysts responsible for specialist responsible to looks for model anti-distillation.
  • Specialized investigative review support is required to evaluate flagged user prompt datasets, identifying and analysing potential model distillation behaviour in strict adherence to policy documentation and evaluation guidelines.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Performing daily triage and reviewing content against established rubrics.
  • Tracking abuse spikes via dashboards and applying SQL analysis to transform operational patterns into insights.
  • Carrying out targeted deep-dive investigations into complex or ambiguous cases.
  • Documenting clear, actionable findings in standardiseda investigation reports.
  • Coordinating across relevant operational teams to execute follow-up actions based on investigation outcomes.
  • Adhering strictly to data handling guidelines, including limited data sharing and need-to-know access controls.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Cloud is required
  • Preferable locations are (in the preference order): USA - San Jose, Seattle; Mexico; Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary. Candidates with 100% skill matches from India may also be Adhere strictly to data-handling requirements.
  • Beyond routine case management and reporting, the team must deliver structured qualitative feedback and operational insights.
  • These contributions will clarify edge cases, refine investigation playbooks, and continuously enhance detection and mitigation criteria.
  • Candidates for this role should possess advanced content AI review capabilities along with a proven ability to translate reviews into actionable insights.
  • SQL proficiency required, ability to read and understand Python preferred.
