Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AIOps Grafana Observability Engineer with a strong background in application support, monitoring, and observability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, Unix/Linux, SQL, and application support within the banking or card payment industry.

This is an urgent and critical requirement. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work morning and afternoon shifts, including weekend support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance, system health, and availability using Grafana and Dynatrace observability tools.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Work with Unix/Linux environments to investigate and resolve application and system-level issues.
• Write and execute SQL queries, including PostgreSQL, for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Manage ITSM processes, including incident management, change management, service tickets, and work orders.
• Support production applications in banking or card payment environments.
• Work with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environments for application monitoring and support.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve incidents and improve application stability.
• Follow established support procedures, SLAs, and escalation processes.
• Provide support during assigned shifts and weekends as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant IT experience in application support, production support, or observability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana and Dynatrace monitoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with ITSM processes, including incident management, change management, service tickets, and work orders.
• Application support experience in the banking or card payment industry.
• Knowledge or experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work morning and afternoon shifts and provide weekend support.
