About the Role

We are looking for an Agentic Interaction Engineer (UX) who sits at the intersection of design, technology, and artificial intelligence. This is not a traditional UX role we need someone who can think in systems, move fast, write light code, and design AI-native experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and production-ready. You will be embedded with customers and engineering teams, turning ambiguity into clarity and ideas into reality.

What You'll Do

Design Fundamentals & Execution

Lead end-to-end UX design including information architecture, user journey mapping, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping

Drive design clarity from ambiguous problem statements and deliver polished, production-ready UX outcomes

Translate complex requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences

Systems Thinking & Scalability

Design, evolve, and operationalize scalable design systems and component architectures

Build reusable patterns and frameworks that scale across complex enterprise platforms

Think holistically about how individual design decisions impact the broader product ecosystem

AI-Native Experience Design

Design trustworthy AI-powered experiences including copilots, agents, and decision support tools

Apply strong intuition for human-AI collaboration, explainability, uncertainty handling, and failure recovery

Ensure AI interactions feel natural, transparent, and reliable for end users

Vibe Coding & Design Technologist Fluency

Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using high-fidelity mockups, light code, and modern tools like Figma, Figma Make, and Claude Code

Move fluidly between design, code, and AI-assisted workflows

Leverage cutting-edge design and build tools to accelerate delivery

Forward-Deployed Problem Solving

Quickly immerse yourself in customer environments to understand their unique challenges and workflows

Frame ambiguous problems clearly and deliver production-ready UX solutions while working alongside customers and engineers

Operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments

Lean UX Research & Discovery

Conduct fast and pragmatic research including interviews, workflow observation, and usability testing

Synthesize signals and insights to inform design decisions without slowing down delivery

Balance speed with rigor to ensure user needs are always at the center of design outcomes

Communication & Collaboration

Clearly articulate design rationale and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences

Confidently influence enterprise stakeholders across customer, product, and engineering teams

Foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture within cross-functional teams

What You will Need

Proven experience in UX/product design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work

Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, copilots, or agentic systems

Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools

Ability to write light code (HTML/CSS/JS or similar) to bring prototypes to life

Strong understanding of design systems and component-based architecture

Experience conducting user research and usability testing in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in customer-facing, forward-deployed settings

Nice to Have

Experience with tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, or AI-assisted design workflows

Background in enterprise or B2B product design

Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or conversational UI design

Experience working in agile or lean delivery environments
