Job Description
Facilitate the implementation, cutover and support of changes related to the assigned process area. Coordinate with business users, technical teams, functional analysts and business analysts from multiple partners.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutionsidentify, interpret, validate and document Terumo business-user requirements.
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives, and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
Identify gaps, issues and work-around solutions.
Act as liaison with SMEs and users for troubleshooting; investigate, analyze and solve software problems.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.
Document functional designs, test cases and results in tools such as JIRA and Qtest
Proactively identify and propose business-process or system enhancements with proper documentation and impact analysis, working with cross work-streams.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support after go-live, acting as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
