Overview EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: MBP is seeking new Team Members looking for growth opportunities and working on meaningful projects that support our community. For this position, we are seeking candidates in the Washington/Baltimore DC metropolitan areas with 10 or more years of combined education and/or experience and demonstrated advanced knowledge and expertise in construction quality management related to the installation of Architectural (interior and building envelope) work activities.

The ETCS will perform independent support services to satisfy the operational objectives of the NAVFAC Officer in Charge of Construction (OICC), Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division (FEAD) Director, or the Resident Officers in Charge of Construction (ROICC). Services rendered by the ETCS shall include all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the work described in the paragraphs below.
