Job Title: QA Analyst Tosca & Selenium

Location: Alpharetta/Atlanta, GA (Onsite) (W2 Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Analyst with hands-on experience in test automation using Tosca and Selenium. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing and executing automated test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca and Selenium WebDriver.
• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test cases and test plans.
• Execute manual and automated tests for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure continuous testing and integration in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality.
• Contribute to QA strategy and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca and Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or VBScript (depending on test framework).
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, qTest).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
