Summary

Field Operations Administrative Coordinator

Port Arthur, TX
Onsite only (TWIC required area)
12+ month engagement

Some roles support operations.

This one keeps them moving.

We’re looking for a Field Operations Administrative Coordinator who can bring structure, organization, and consistency to a fast-paced control room environment. This person becomes the backbone of daily operations, ensuring schedules are accurate, communication is aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll sit directly within a TWIC-controlled environment, supporting OCCB and field operations teams with the kind of precision and follow-through that keeps everything running smoothly.

Must haves

• 3–5 years of administrative experience, ideally in industrial, plant, or operations environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and OneNote
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC credential

Nice to have

• Experience supporting control room or field operations teams
• Background working in regulated or industrial environments
• Experience supporting audits, compliance tracking, or operational reporting

In this role you’ll own meeting documentation, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed. You’ll manage operator schedules, coordinate shift coverage, and keep leadership calendars aligned. You’ll also support control room organization, maintain documentation for audits and reporting, and help ensure administrative consistency across operations.

You’ll serve as a key coordination point between Operations and teams like Maintenance, Engineering, SSHE, and General Services, helping keep communication clear and execution aligned.

This is a highly visible role that requires professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership. If you’re someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and keeping teams aligned in a fast-moving environment, you’ll do well here.

At iSphere, we value people who don’t just support the work, they make it better. If you’re in the Port Arthur area and ready to step into a role that truly keeps operations on track, let’s talk.
