Summary

Note- Working previously with State or Federal clients is MUST

Scope of Project: focused on redesigning an antiquated Mainframe-based Lottery Application and replacing it with a modern Oracle-based solution.

Responsibilities:

Analyze software application domain and understand business/user needs
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Act as liaison between business users and development teams
Support system design and modernization initiatives
Coordinate changes and manage communication across teams
Assist in testing efforts including UAT coordination
Work on mainframe to Oracle migration-related activities
Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration

Required/Preferred Skills:

Candidate can provide guidance to large teams and/or have extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 7 years+
Experience managing multiple entity project teams from development through to production implementation of all software and hardware tasks. 7 Years +
Experience with multi-entity project teams in the development through implementation of multi-year application development and infrastructure projects. Must have demonstrated experience using industry standard tools and techniques in a Business Analyst role. 7 Years+
Experience developing and documenting intricate, multi-disciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment that includes utilizing industry standard system life cycle methodologies, working directly with cross agency staff to implement a project. 5 years
Experience on team building, facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to work and communicate with diverse groups. 2 years
College Level Degree in business or technology disciplin
