Peloton is seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to join our
Application Managed Services (AMS) team. This role is ideal for an experienced Oracle Cloud professional who enjoys developing long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted business advisor, and helping organizations continuously improve their Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions. As an AMS Solution Architect, you will provide functional leadership across multiple client engagements, partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, optimize business processes, resolve complex functional issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. While this role includes hands-on support for complex Oracle SCM service requests and enhancement activities, its primary focus is delivering strategic guidance, exceptional client service, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management & Strategic Advisory- Serve as the trusted functional advisor for assigned Oracle Cloud SCM managed services clients.
- Develop strong relationships with business leaders, IT organizations, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead recurring governance meetings, service reviews, and roadmap discussions.
- Understand clients' strategic objectives and proactively recommend Oracle Cloud capabilities that improve business performance.
- Build long-term client partnerships by delivering exceptional service, responsiveness, and business value.
Business Process Consulting & Continuous Improvement- Evaluate existing supply chain business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Facilitate business process workshops to identify optimization opportunities.
- Translate evolving business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Recommend automation opportunities and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with clients to maximize Oracle Cloud adoption and return on investment.
Application Managed Services Delivery- Lead functional delivery for assigned AMS client accounts.
- Provide architectural oversight for enhancements, configuration changes, and production support activities.
- Prioritize functional work across incidents, service requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with offshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support Oracle quarterly updates by assessing impacts, validating functionality, and coordinating regression testing activities.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are consistently achieved.
Oracle SCM Functional LeadershipProvide deep functional expertise across Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management, including:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Cost Management
- Order Management
- Manufacturing
- Supply Planning
- Demand Planning
- Maintenance (EAM)
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Responsibilities include:
- Leading functional design discussions.
- Reviewing proposed solutions.
- Ensuring alignment with Oracle Cloud leading practices.
- Providing mentoring and guidance to SCM consultants.
- Supporting solution governance across multiple client engagements.
Production Support & Issue Resolution- Serve as the functional escalation point for complex Oracle Cloud SCM issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production support tickets.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support when product issues arise.
- Validate functional solutions prior to production deployment.
- Balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on functional support activities.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement- Communicate effectively with executives, business users, project teams, and technical resources.
- Present complex Oracle Cloud solutions in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Lead client workshops, solution reviews, and business process discussions.
- Prepare executive-level communications, status reports, and solution documentation.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining strong client relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting
- 5+ years supporting Oracle Cloud SCM within an Application Managed Services or post-production support environment.
- Strong functional expertise across multiple Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Experience supporting complex production environments and enhancement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain business processes.
- Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in SLA-driven managed services environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle Cloud SCM certifications across one or more modules
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycles.
- ITIL Foundation certification or familiarity with ITIL-based service management.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ticket management platforms.
- Experience supporting global Oracle Cloud deployments.
- Experience across ERP, SCM, and Supply Chain integrations.
- Experience leading AMS teams or serving as the functional lead for managed services accounts.
