Baer is looking for Partner Relations Manager for a 10 month Federal Remote Project.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Partner Relations to lead partner engagement, training, and performance initiatives that support program success. This role will build strong relationships with service providers, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations while driving partner activation, compliance, operational improvements, and ongoing development.
Description:

• Develop and manage partner engagement, activation, and performance initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and service providers.
• Monitor partner compliance and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
• Analyze processes and recommend solutions to remove barriers and improve program performance.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of partner training programs and learning materials.
• Support outreach, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Track program performance and prepare reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supporting disability community service programs.
• Management experience leading teams, projects, or program initiatives.
• Experience working with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, or community partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build collaborative partnerships.
• Bachelor s Degree.
