Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for the daily administration, configuration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures platform stability, data integrity, security compliance, and supports IT and business processes through effective workflow automation. The administrator works closely with technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet operational, contractual, and security requirements for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Key duties include managing hardware and software, coordinating resource delivery for projects, and guiding applications through the software lifecycle. The role also involves ongoing platform maintenance, module configuration, implementing new modules, and upgrading the system to leverage ITSM and ITOM best practices. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow, the incumbent identifies stakeholder needs, develops workflows, migrates business services, manages vendor engagements, and supports internal teams. They provide recommendations for new features following ITIL best practices. Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in the Information Technology field, with at last three (3) years of experience working in ServiceNow enterprise support environment with either server or application support is required. ServiceNow Certification (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is required. Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate good analytical and innovation skills. Demonstrate excellent documentation and presentation skills, along with outstanding written and oral communication abilities in English. Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities and proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
