The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates is seeking a high-caliber financial visionary to serve as the chief strategic financial partner for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio focused on institutional wealth, pension risk transfers, and annuity solutions. In this high-impact executive role, you will embed directly with senior leadership to orchestrate long-term commercial strategies, inject financial rigor into operational decisions, and champion sustainable margin growth.
Operating in a fully remote capacity with periodic travel to a corporate hub in the Greater Madison, WI region, you will act as the vital bridge between segment executives and corporate finance, steering the fiscal trajectory of a sophisticated, asset-liability-driven business unit.
What You’ll Do
Architect comprehensive long-term financial roadmaps and tactical execution frameworks alongside the segment president to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
Champion cross-functional execution across complex quantitative domains, integrating investment management, asset-liability management (ALM), product pricing design, capital deployment, and reinsurance structuring.
Drive the evaluation and execution of transformative corporate initiatives, including product life-cycle strategies, joint ventures, outsourcing opportunities, and potential mergers and acquisitions.
Synthesize multi-dimensional business models, financial forecasts, and key performance indicators to deliver a unified fiscal voice across the organization.
Maximize divisional performance by leading rigorous variance analysis, identifying underlying economic drivers, and delivering actionable mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.
Cultivate a high-performing finance team, mentoring staff to unlock advancement opportunities and building organizational depth.
Elevate financial literacy across non-finance operational groups, designing frameworks that integrate financial accountability into day-to-day business management.
