OverviewWe are looking for an eager, detail-oriented Tier 1/Tier 2 Support Technician to join our overnight IT support team. This role is highly customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and helping end users resolve issues efficiently, this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for hardware, end-user devices, peripheral equipment, application software, and operating system issues.
- Deliver strong customer service by effectively managing support requests and following proper escalation procedures through closure.
- Accurately document all interactions and technical details using call log/ ticket-tracking tools.
- Monitor and track all customer service items from initiation to resolution.
- Assess technical issues to determine required service level and escalate issues appropriately.
- Continuously expand knowledge of applications, hardware, mobile devices, and multiple operating systems.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of King of Prussia, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
