Overview
The Sales Enablement AI Engineering Manager will serve as the creative architect and visionary leader behind the design, development, and expansion of the firm s Sales AI Ecosystem. This role is responsible for advancing Agentic AI solutions that transform how the North American Sales team operates from research and prospecting through pursuit support and proposal creation. The Manager will lead the strategy, architecture, and continuous refinement of AI capabilities, while collaborating across enterprise and NAS leadership to ensure firm-forward solutions that leverage shared data and technology platforms. As a forward-thinking innovator, the Manager will push boundaries, experiment with new applications, and pioneer the next generation of AI-powered sales enablement tools.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and refine the AI ecosystem for the North American Sales organization, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
Create and deploy agentic AI tools to automate sales tasks including research, client insights, content generation, pursuit strategy support, and proposal development.
Identify and pilot new use cases for AI within sales enablement, evaluating experimental approaches and scaling successful innovations. Manage the ongoing AI infrastructure supporting the ecosystem, ensuring stability, adaptability, and seamless integration with enterprise systems (CRM, Loopio, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.).
Collaborate with enterprise leaders (IT, Data, Consulting, Marketing) to design solutions that leverage firm-wide AI platforms and data sources, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
Build and manage a global AI support team (domestic and India-based) to provide development, monitoring, and continuous improvement for the ecosystem.
Develop and maintain service-level expectations (SLAs) for AI tools, ensuring adoption, reliability, and measurable business impact.
Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of AI solutions across the sales team, embedding tools into daily workflows.
Document and publish reusable AI patterns, workflows, and architecture artifacts to accelerate scale and innovation.
Monitor emerging AI trends, platforms, and research, introducing pioneering techniques that ensure the sales AI ecosystem remains at the forefront of innovation.
Provide thought leadership, coaching, and mentorship to enablement staff and sales teams, enabling them to maximize the value of AI in their work. Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales Enablement function and senior stakeholders across North American Sales leadership, service lines, and enterprise technology teams to ensure alignment on AI strategy and execution.
Partner with practice leaders, sales executives, and client service stakeholders to identify emerging business needs and translate them into AI ecosystem enhancements.
Facilitate cross-functional working groups to gather input, prioritize features, and ensure the ecosystem evolves to meet the needs of diverse stakeholder.
Communicate ecosystem updates, roadmaps, and performance outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with firmwide goals.
Incorporate feedback loops from sales teams, proposal writers, and service line leaders to continuously refine AI tools and improve usability. Collaborate with enterprise IT, data governance, and risk teams to ensure compliance, security, and responsible AI practices are embedded in all ecosystem solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience required, with ongoing professional education in AI technologies and enablement methods encouraged.
10+ years of progressive experience in AI, architecture, or enablement roles, with leadership responsibilities in technical innovation and AI pilot-to-scale deployments.
Track record of driving large-scale AI initiatives, including hands-on ecosystem builds and usage of enterprise AI platforms.
Deep familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs, agent design, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures, paired with strong software engineering expertise (e.g., Python, APIs, orchestration frameworks).
Exceptional communication and change leadership skills, capable of influencing across business and technical stakeholders, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools.
Decision making, problem solving and creative/critical thinking skills; intellectual curiosity required
Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated required
Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional, multi-region technical teams, including both domestic and offshore support structures.
Strategic mindset with experience influencing executive stakeholders, designing AI roadmaps with clear business outcomes and compelling ROI.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, with additional certifications in AI, Enablement, or Change Management considered a strong advantage.
