Job Title: Workday HCM Payroll Functional / Techno-Functional
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term
Position Summary:
Combines Payroll functional configuration with technical integration/reporting work
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll-specific configuration (Pay Groups, Earnings/Deductions, Accumulations, Payroll Accounting), integration work (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services), custom reporting, business process/security configuration, payroll cycle validation, release management, and production support
Required Qualifications:
8+ years Workday HCM/Payroll experience, integration tools exposure, compliance/tax knowledge, multi-state payroll experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday HCM/Payroll/Integrations certifications, Workday Extend, Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits familiarity, Prism Analytics, public sector experience
Work Environment:
Fully remote, with flexibility for payroll processing windows and release cycles
