Duration: 6-12 Months.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master Way of Working (WoW) to drive Agile delivery excellence and continuously improve team practices. The Scrum Master will coach teams on Agile principles, optimize ways of working, remove impediments, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across squads.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming.
Drive and standardize the Way of Working (WoW) across teams.
Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile best practices.
Remove blockers and manage dependencies across teams.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
Improve team performance using metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown, flow metrics).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Enable cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, QA, UX, and business.
Support Agile transformation initiatives at team and enterprise levels.
Ensure transparency and communication across stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years in Agile delivery with 3+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
Strong experience defining and improving Ways of Working (WoW).
Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Agile.
Expertise in Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with distributed / global teams.
Ability to influence without authority and drive change.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, SPC).
Experience in Agile transformation programs.
Background in engineering, QA, product, or delivery management.
