We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Radar Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment where you will be involved in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge radar systems. You will be a part of a team that is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of radar technology, delivering world-class solutions to our clients and making a significant impact in the engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Designing, developing, and implementing advanced radar systems using your knowledge of complex algorithms, RF, and electrical engineering.
2. Performing root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve radar issues, ensuring the highest level of system performance and reliability.
3. Utilizing your expertise in pulse compression and clutter mitigation to enhance radar detection capabilities and improve overall system performance.
4. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate radar systems into larger systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and meeting project objectives.
5. Conducting comprehensive system testing and validation to verify the performance of radar systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary modifications.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies in radar systems engineering, and applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our systems and processes.
7. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in radar systems engineering, with a proven track record in designing and implementing advanced radar systems.
3. Strong expertise in complex algorithms, root cause analysis, RF, radar issues, electrical engineering, pulse compression, and clutter mitigation.
4. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and deliver results.
7. A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in radar systems engineering.
