We are seeking to hire a Test Management Office / Testing Center of Excellence Lead to join our team working on a new multi-year award we have within a large Gov’t Contractor. This role is 100% remote.
Being a US Cit is required for working on this program.
This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

Role:
· Govern the overall Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) strategy, monitor and track outcomes
· Collaborate with Vendor Leadership to ensure TCOE organizational readiness for People, Process, and Technology alignment
· Manage the metrics, process tracks and the leads
· Lead and conduct monthly and quarterly business review meeting with Testing partner, track AI’s
· Represent TCOE in Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) project planning meetings with Test Directors, as required
· Participate in the weekly DDI program progress meetings
· Single Point of Contact for all demand inflows and work Intake and work with Test Directors, Test Delivery Leads and Test Managers to receive demand through various channels
· Aggregate demand and capacity across TCOE and work with workforce management team to track the fulfillment
· Track resource onboarding and offboarding process
· Work with procurement and legal on work orders and contractual activities with the vendors
· Maintain and update skill registry within TCOE
· Identify, communicate, and track risks to Testing Contract with the vendor
· Baseline demand and capacity to enable core-flex resourcing
· Work closely with TCOE leadership to understand cross-training needs
· Supports construction of Metric Dashboards
· Track and publish SLA’s/KPI performance and track closure of action items of the vendor
