Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage and track open risk items to ensure established service level agreements are met
Work with IT Risk teams to ensure market data applications comply with corporate security policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, IT Risk, business stakeholders, and external market data vendors
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with contractual agreements
Follow corporate procurement workflows and ensure requests, renewals, and approvals comply with internal policies
Support contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance assessments for market data services
Troubleshoot market data application issues, including latency, connectivity, and entitlement problems
Collaborate with trading, risk, IT, and finance teams to align market data support with business requirements
Provide regular status updates and reporting on risk items, SLA compliance, and vendor performance
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support the onboarding of new market data services
Facilitate communication and issue resolution across business, technology, risk, procurement, and vendor teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience
Bachelors Degree
