        We are Seeking For the Tranportation Manager, The role involves leading the planning and design of various transportation and infrastructure projects while managing a diversified technical staff. Responsibilities

  • Project & Design Management: Oversee the planning and design of roadways, traffic signals, and stormwater projects. This includes preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage a diversified, multi-disciplinary technical staff and mentor project engineers and designers with a focus on internal communication and client objectives.

  • Client & Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with public and private clients, collaborate with the business development team, and create project proposals, scopes, and cost estimates.

  • Industry Engagement: Participate in member organizations to build professional networks and advance technical knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Licensure: Registered as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri.

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility, including project management experience in public contracts and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MicroStation/Geopak OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D, alongside proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and discuss complex project issues with clients, coworkers, and reviewing agencies.

  • Preferences: Experience working with MoDOT, Local Public Agencies, or Ameren is
