Client Job Title: IT Support Lead - II

Must Haves:
B.S. / B.A. degree in Business (or other related degree programs)
strong understanding of eProcurement platforms and catalog management.
Experience with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, OpenText VIM, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems.
Responsibilities:
The eProcurement Testing & Catalog Specialist is responsible for coordinating, executing, and supporting testing activities related to eProcurement systems and catalog management. This role ensures system functionality, data accuracy, and process integrity by working cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, and external vendors. The position plays a key role in validating workflows, managing defects, documenting processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with quality assurance standards.
1. Testing Coordination & Execution
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for eProcurement functionalities.
Coordinate and execute functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate catalog configuration, pricing accuracy, and supplier onboarding workflows to ensure system reliability.
2. Defect Management
Identify, document, and track system defects using appropriate tracking tools.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and perform timely retesting of fixes.
3. Process Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, results, and outcomes.
Provide regular status updates, metrics, and reporting to key stakeholders.
4. Collaboration & Communication
Serve as a liaison between Procurement, IT, and other business teams during testing cycles.
Communicate updates related to templates, onboarding processes, and testing protocols.
5. Continuous Improvement
Recommend enhancements to testing methodologies and catalog management practices.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and industry best practices.
