Job Title: Senior Palantir Tech Lead
Location:  Onsite / 5 Days
Job Type: Contract 

We are seeking a Senior Palantir Tech Lead with 10+ years of software/data engineering experience and strong expertise in Palantir Foundry to lead enterprise-scale data platform implementations. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architect scalable data solutions, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact analytics and operational applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of solutions using Palantir Foundry.
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and Ontology models.
• Build operational applications using Foundry Workshop, Slate, Map, Contour, and other Foundry tools.
• Architect enterprise data integration solutions across multiple source systems.
• Develop data transformations using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, security, and data quality.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Solution Architects.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data catalogs, and architecture diagrams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Software Engineering or Data Engineering experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.

• Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with Java or Scala is a plus.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of distributed data processing and big data technologies.
• Experience designing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and platform observability tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Experience with AI/ML integration within Palantir Foundry.
• Familiarity with Spark, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, Energy, or Government domains.
• Palantir Foundry certifications are preferred.
