Job Description:

We are seeking a senior-level Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Implementation & Architecture Lead to lead the design, integration, and scalable delivery of AJO platforms. This role combines strategic marketing technology leadership with hands-on technical expertise to enhance personalization and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AJO solution architecture and end-to-end implementation

• Align marketing use cases with journey logic, segmentation, and activation workflows

• Define schemas, identity stitching, and real-time event models

• Configure AJO components: offers, decisioning rules, triggers, and journeys

• Partner with Data Engineering teams to optimize Snowflake data for activation

• Define customer attributes, behavioral events, and consent workflows

• Validate data flows, integrations, and event processing

• Enhance customer journeys for personalization and scalability

• Collaborate with Email Ops, Marketing Ops, Martech, CRM, Legal, and Brand teams

• Document configurations, mappings, architecture diagrams, and QA plans

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Marketing Technology / Digital Implementation experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Real-Time CDP

• Experience with Adobe Target

• Strong understanding of journey architecture & real-time personalization

• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse

• Experience designing data schemas and decisioning strategies

• Knowledge of GDPR / CCPA compliance and consent management

• Experience with JSON payloads, APIs, and event instrumentation

• Excellent stakeholder communication & documentation skills

Preferred Certifications:

• AJO Architect

• AEP Business Practitioner

• Adobe Target Certification
