Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain infrastructure automation workflows using Morpheus, Terraform, and Ansible AAP.
• Assist in the development and execution of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Troubleshoot and resolve L2-level issues related to automation scripts, provisioning failures, and deployment errors.
• Collaborate with L3 engineers and DevOps teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor automation jobs and ensure timely execution and error handling.
• Maintain and update infrastructure-as-code repositories in GitHub.
• Document operational procedures, runbooks, and automation workflows.
• Participate in change management and incident response processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in automation tasks.

Skill Requirements

Must Have Skill:

• Ansible, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, Red Hat Cluster

Good to have:

• Automation workflows using Morpheus, Terraform, and Ansible AAP.'
