Job Title: Python Developer with SSIS
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong SSIS expertise to join our team supporting Wells Fargo in a hybrid work environment based in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data engineering, ETL development, and database management, with hands-on experience in Python and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and SSIS

Develop and optimize ETL processes for large-scale data migration and transformation

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and flat files

Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of ETL workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Maintain documentation for data flows, ETL processes, and system architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Python development

Strong hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design

Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL frameworks

Strong knowledge of data transformation, cleansing, and validation techniques

Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning

Familiarity with version control tools like Git

Good understanding of Agile methodologies
